No Background Checks

Web Cam Bam does not verify the identities of its users, or conduct criminal background checks on its users. Web Cam Bam is not responsible for the conduct of any of its users, both on or off of the website. By accessing or using Web Cam Bam, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• YOU ALONE are responsible for your interactions with other users.
• Web Cam Bam does NOT guarantee your safety.
• Web Cam Bam CANNOT be held responsible for harmful conduct by its users.

Assumption of Risk and Release

User Content

Termination
